  • The Most Terrific Winter-Wonderland Activities in Central Park

Hey y’all! Today, She Ate Dat is collaborating with Kindly Beautiful. Where food meets lifestyle!

    What activities can you do?

Imagine going to the beautiful Central Park located in NYC for this winter season. Central Park has many attractions and there are many activities you can do while you are there. Apart from the beautiful views and site seeing. The Wollman ice skating rink is one of them during this winter season. The ice-skating season starts during October and ends around April. Each ticket cost range varies from $10-$35 depending on age and or any additional benefits. You can enjoy an activity such as Ice skating with your friends, family or lover. You will have a great bonding experience with your loved ones while also having a great workout section. Your muscles and joints will get even stronger once you finish your ice-skating section and if you do it constantly it will be even better.

In addition, once you’re done ice skating, you can always go home and have some rest. However, if you are a foodie just go to the Columbus holiday market, around this time of the year. The Columbus holiday market is located right outside Central Park’s entrance. This market runs from November to December every year. In this market you can have a lot of fun by doing some Christmas shopping while also eating some delicious food. Some of the type of food they sell varies from “bureks to tacos to fancy doughnuts and bratwurst.”

Therefore, next time you go to Central Park whether it is to walk, site seeing and or ice skate. Please, do yourself a favor and pass through the Columbus holiday market and do some shopping and go ahead and buy you some delicious food. Enjoy!

  • Balancing Act: How to Juggle a Healthy Lifestyle with a Busy Schedule | Through Quick and Nutritious Meals

Hey y’all, we’re She Ate Dat and we’re collaborating with Kindly Beautiful. I’m sure most of us want to be healthy but always say we don’t have enough time. Well, we’re here to help. Not talking about going straight to exercising but taking steps starting from the inside. Your gut. A healthy meal doesn’t have to be time consuming or take over your morning routine. Here are some recipes and tips to balance your busy schedule to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle.

First off meal prep. Some might say it’s too much work starting to cook most of the meal just to finish another day but it really does help. More than anything, you don’t necessarily have to start an actual meal to meal prep. If you know most of your recipes will call for diced onions, chopped bell peppers or any other cut up vegetable you’re gonna want to cut them up in bulk and freeze them. This way for any upcoming meals you won’t have to spend any extra time cutting up the veggies.

  • Spend Good Quality Time with A Destination to San Diego, California

I have several places in mind for future destinations, in which I have yet to experience. However, one of the places on my bucket list is visiting San Diego, California. San Diego, California is a city known for top attractions in the arts, activities, food, beautiful nature surroundings, and more. It’s a great destination to plan for a summer vacation as the weather is terrific and the peak of the season for travelers to have a good time.

A tourist attraction to look forward to, while in San Diego, California is Balboa Park! Oh my, just looking at the photographs online makes me excited! Truly remarkable architecture, and green space. And filled with a myriad of activities for families or with friends. It’s like a WOW! Almost as if you can spend your whole vacation in Balboa Park.

Are you in your wonders? Because I am! Things to experience in this marvelous place, is the endless of explorations ranging from museums (18 museums!), well-known San Diego Zoo (home to rare and endangered animals), activities such as hiking, carousel, going for a walk around the gardens (such as Botanical Buildings and Lily Pond or Japanese Friendship Garden), and last but not least a pleasant time of entertainment of performing arts. It’s a dream vacation my family and I are planning for a summer vacation.

Traveling is a wonderful way to give yourself, family, or friends a relaxing, explorative, enjoyable, or connect with each other experience. Traveling is all about happiness and having fun, indeed. And definitely place a positive impact on your wellbeing, especially your health. Planning a vacation destination varies from person to person and depends on personal preferences and interest. If you are planning a vacation with your loved ones or with friends, it’s best to plan and decide together.

Is there a dream destination you have yet to experience?

  • Enhance Your Well-Being with a Dream Trip to Georgia

Take a trip to Georgia and you’ll feel like you’ve reached the summit of rejuvenation. One can achieve a higher level of well-being, improve one’s way of life, and completely embrace the concepts of self-care via total immersion in the magnetic charm and rich cultural tapestry of this spellbinding nation. In contrast to the previous post, which stressed the need to act morally and legally while traveling, this one will focus on the positive impact that Georgia may have on one’s well-being in its whole.

Georgia is well-known for its breathtaking scenery, rich cultural heritage, and generous hospitality. The towering peaks of the Caucasus Mountains dot the Georgian horizon, attesting to the state’s stunning natural scenery. Meanwhile, the cobblestone alleys of Tbilisi, the nation’s capital, emit a beautiful allure that captivates visitors.

When you carefully prepare how your trip to Georgia will be carried out, keep in mind that the specifics will change based on your unique interests and inclinations. To properly appreciate the stunning majesty of the mountains, the intricacies of traditional Georgian wine, and the profound depths of the nation’s historically affluent culture, I would strongly recommend embarking on an exploratory adventure. When preparing for your trip, you should prioritize adding important items that will undoubtedly improve your overall trip experience. First and foremost, get a durable pair of walking shoes. They will provide assistance and ensure that you have no difficulty adjusting to your new surroundings. It is also critical to protect your skin from UV rays. As a result, it is critical that you obtain an adequate amount of sunscreen. Last but not least, make sure you bring a camera with you so that you may capture the stunning beauty of the surrounds. As long as one has these, one will be able to fully participate in the immensely intriguing events that will take place.
